素粒子（そりゅうし、英: elementary particle）とは、
物質を構成する最小の単位のことである。

めにみえなくても、いろいろなものがたくさんあります。
わたくしたちはひとつひとつの素材にかんしゃし、きれいなたべものをつくります。

わたくしたちはたべものにかかわることをすきです。

鶴岡喬之

宮城県多賀城市出身。インテリア専門学校を卒業後、仙台市内、都内のレストランにて修行を積む。元フランス大使館文化担当官で、フレンチレストラン経営や料理関連の書籍の出版などで著名なライフスタイルプロデューサーパトリス・ジュリアン氏のもとで働く。
株式会社ひらまつ「ブラッスリーポールボキューズ」、株式会社arigato 取締役総料理長「les rendez vous de tokyo」[plate tokyo」などの勤務を経て出張料理素粒子を立ち上げる。ただ技巧を駆使することを目的とするのではなく、素材の本質的な持ち味を活かし、その旨味を引き出すことを根本においた調理を実践しています。
著書に「 SAUCE arigato 003 Les Rendezvous de Tokyo」

born 28th July 1976 in tagajyo, miyagi. after graduation from the interior college, he started his career at restaurants in Sendai and Tokyo. he also worked under the famous french lifestyle producer “Patrice Julien” worked in the french embassies in several countries and published cooking books. he experienced to work in “brasserie Paul Bocuse”. then he worked “les rendez vous de tokyo” and “plate tokyo” as an executive chef. he established a new business, catering company “elementary particle”.
his mission is not only applying his extremely advanced cooking techniques but also maximizing on the power of ingredients.
